An exploration of new frontiers in film, this evening's program showcased unique combinations of animation, objects, and live performance. Miwa Matreyek stepped through illuminated landscapes of her own dreamlike animations. Visitors turned the seemingly blank pages of Caroline Brown’s and Bryan Lence’s Bestiary and watched them fill with fantastical creatures. They also snuck peeks into Miss T's Bellyrama and peered through tiny windows to spy on Tracy Snelling’s vignettes. Nate Boyce and Paul Clipson offered audiovisual wonders, and the curators of The Three-Minute Picture Show screened a collection of local shorts.
