Curveball

Slider: Throw the ball like a football pass, with the wrist cocked at a 90 degree angle . The ball should curve slightly down and to the left.

Note: The slider ball is not recommended for players under age 18 -- some coaches and trainers state 21 and over. Damage to forearm connective tissue can be serious if the pitch is thrown too often, especially if thrown incorrectly.
