In
this exhibit, an image is held in one place. Three small
front-surfaced mirrors are joined at right angles to
one another. When a visitor looks into the corner with
one eye closed, the image of his eye will stay in the
same place, no matter where he moves. When light hits
one of the mirrors, it is reflected to another and comes
out parallel and very close to the original beam, keeping
the image in the same place.
