Bob Miller Image Panel
(light-mirrors and reflection)

In Image Panel, a photographic image is transferred to a pattern of holes in an aluminum sheet. Up close, this exhibit looks like a plain sheet with many different holes on it. But from a distance, the image materializes in front of visitors eyes. The holes are specifically arranged and sized to match the gray areas of an image. The Image Panel demonstrates our visual reaction to light and dark areas of an image.
