Located on Toledo riverfront, COSI features demonstrative activities and thematic exhibitions on the subject of sports, engineering, water, and electricity. In 2004, IMLS awarded COSI-Toledo a federal grant to support ISCIS, a program for science education in Lucas County.

Opened in 1997.
