I know there are many population of chimpanzees out there that have not yet been studied,
but they may disappear in the coming 10 years because of logging,
deforestation, and different other reasons.
And so--if you want--the culture of chimpanzees is decreasing every minute as we talk,
and we have not yet even studied it.
And so we will never have a real idea of what is the breadth of chimpanzee culture,
what is the real complexity of chimpanzee culture. And so if you want to be very selfish,
if you want to understand human culture, we are already too late.
