      <p begin="0:00:07.74" end="0:00:12.78">but they may disappear in the coming 10 years because of logging,</p>
      <p begin="0:00:12.81" end="0:00:16.02">deforestation, and different other reasons.</p>
      <p begin="0:00:16.05" end="0:00:24.93">And so--if you want--the culture of chimpanzees is decreasing every minute as we talk,</p>
      <p begin="0:00:24.96" end="0:00:27.46">and we have not yet even studied it.</p>
      <p begin="0:00:27.49" end="0:00:35.47">And so we will never have a real idea of what is the breadth of chimpanzee culture,</p>
      <p begin="0:00:35.50" end="0:00:41.64">what is the real complexity of chimpanzee culture. And so if you want to be very selfish,</p>
      <p begin="0:00:41.68" end="0:00:46.18">if you want to understand human culture, we are already too late.</p>
