Magnetic Pendulums

An observer sets the phase switch to "in," pulls back either of the pendulums, releases it, and lets it swing freely. The other pendulum begins to swing in the same direction. When the phase switch is set to "out," the two pendulums swing in opposite directions. By watching the copper coils swinging through magnetic fields, observers can see how electricity and magnetism interact.
