Film Painting allows visitors to make a six-foot-by-six-foot
vertical soap film. Within this film, visitors can observe
colors created by the interference of reflected light
waves and the wave patterns that form in a vibrating
medium. By gently shaking the frame or blowing on the
film, the changing colors and waves are enhanced.
