The free Adobe® Acrobat® Reader allows you to view, navigate, and print Acrobat files (.pdf or Portable Document Format) files across all major computing platforms (Mac or PC/Windows). Portable Document Files are documents saved in a file format which allows them to maintain their original document 'look' and 'feel'. In other words, .pdf documents are viewed (using the Acrobat Reader) as though you are looking at a physical, paper document on your screen.
Adobe® Acrobat® Reader may already be installed on your computer. To check, you should:
1.Click on the PDF file icon that you would like to view.
2.View the PDF file when Adobe Acrobat Reader automatically displays it for you.
If Adobe Acrobat Reader does not start automatically it may not be installed on your computer. You can download and install the most recent version of Acrobat by following the instructions below.
To view and print this report, you will need to download the Adobe Acrobat Reader software (see the download link below).
To download the reader, from Adobe and fill in the forms at the bottom of the web page where it reads:Get the free Acrobat Reader
Mac users: Once you've completed Steps 1-3***:

The Bin file will download faster, but is less compatible with older systems. The .hqx file takes longer to download, but is more compatible with older systems.

you can download Bin files instead of .hqx files to

Once you've completed Steps 1-3, you will get a "save as" window asking you where to save the file to. Usually, Windows will choose to download it to the "Programs" folder of your hard-drive. You can accept that or, if you want to access it very easily, save it to your "desktop".
After downloading the file (named rs40eng.exe), double-click the icon (either in the "Programs" folder or on your "desktop", depending on where you saved it) and it should automatically decompress. Follow the instructions to install it. When you are done installing, a shortcut to Acrobat Reader will automatically appear on your desktop. You can then drag the file named rs40eng.exe to the Recycle Bin. When you open/download .pdf documents in the future, Acrobat Reader will automatically kick in and open them for you.
If you are using Netscape Navigator and you are having trouble opening or saving the PDF files, use the right mouse button and click on the form you want. Select "Save Link As" from the pop-up menu. The file will be saved to your computer hard drive and your system should specify where the file will be downloaded. Then, quit your browser and open the file through the Acrobat Reader software.
If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer and you are having trouble opening or saving the PDF files, use the right mouse button and click on the form you want. Select "Save Target As" from the pop-up menu. The file will be saved to your computer hard drive and your system should specify where the file will be downloaded. Then, quit your browser and open the file through the Acrobat Reader software.
The installation procedure will ask you to read and accept the Electronic End-User License Agreement.
In the latest versions of Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer, when you double click on a PDF file, the browser will ask you if you want to open the file now or save it to disk. Or the browser will automatically open the file through Acrobat.
If you are running an older version of either Netscape Navigator or Microsoft Internet Explorer (older than 3.0 for both types), the latest version of Acrobat may not automatically open up as described above. The only option your older browser may give you is to save the file to your hard drive. Then you have to open the file through the Acrobat Reader, not through the browser.
