The Exploratorium Web site was recently honored with the Association of Science-Technology Centers (ASTC)
2000 Award for Innovation.
The Exploratorium web site was featured in the September 11, 2000 issue of Forbes.com's "Best of the Web" in the "Science" category.
The Exploratorium's Web site was a finalist for the 1999 ComputerWorld Smithsonian Award in the category of Media, Arts, and Entertainment.

Webby AwardsThe Webby Award for Best Science Website three years in a row, 1997, 1998 and 1999.

We also received a Webby nomination for our "Science of Hockey" site for the Best Sports Site in 1998.
