Marina Victorian

You start to see how areas are developed, the streets are laid in, 
and then one really nice Victorian house will be built on one lot
in the middle of the entire block. That's how it eventually developed.
Periodically, there would be another house that would go in, either
as a neighbor or as the back lot. 
Different areas developed at different speeds and in different sequences.
