Michael Swaine and Amy Franceschini are Bay Area artists well known for their inspirational projects, which often defy categorization and involve deep community collaboration. In "Around the Table," Amy and Michael discuss their fateful meeting, collaborating with nonartists, and the difference-or lack of difference-between art and activism. They also discuss a budding new project that they may work on here at the Exploratorium (hint: It features a certain bodily fluid not generally considered...valuable).
Visiting scientists, artists, educators, and visionaries share ideas with our visitors and staff. The Exploratorium Audio Salon podcast captures some of the exciting conversations so you can hear them, too.
