The first-ever live event inside the NASA clean room where space hardware is being prepared for the Hubble Space Telescope. We'll get dressed in "bunny suits" to explore the room and show you the activities of engineers and scientists getting ready for the next Hubble servicing mission in November.
Join the Exploratorium as we follow the continuing stories of NASA's Hubble Space Telescope. Originally part of the Origins project, the Exploratorium's webcast team has a long history of the covering the Hubble Space Telescope and the servicing missions. The Hubble Space Telescope launched in 1990, and in the 18 years since has given us amazing glances at the universe around us. It is one of NASA's longest and most successful missions, and continues to provide the world with incredible images of space.
