Camp comes in three flavors at the Exploratorium:
summer, Saturday, and spring. Each of our programs offer
playful and creative opportunities for children, ages 5–14,
to explore the world around them using a mix of science activities,
art and group projects, group games, our vast exhibit collection,
and more. Our programs balance curiosity-driven free time
with content-based activities that incorporate both structured
and open-ended, self-directed learning. And, of course, we
make it fun!
Day Camp Programs are an exclusive benefit available only
to children and grandchildren of current Members of the Exploratorium. Click

Sign up for a workshop the whole family can enjoy. Add the Heart Dissection Family Investigation Workshop to your Saturday Camp registration and everyone in your family, ages 7 and older, can explore the wonders of the heart—up close and personal! Join us on February 13 at 2:30 p.m. (after the third Saturday Camp) as we celebrate Valentine’s Day by learning about the organ associated with love. Explainers will demonstrate cuts so that parents can help younger children. Through the dissection and related activities, this class will focus on noticing details discussing the function of each part of the heart. Click here for more information and a link to the registration
form.
