Group Application Form

Please elect one member of your group to serve as the primary contact person. The Primary Contact will complete the application on behalf of all other members of the group and will provide a mobile phone number in order to be available on the day of the volunteer project.

Activities available for Group Volunteers are:

Physics of Toys: Tuesday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Exhibit cleaning and evaluation
Lagoon clean-up (weather permitting).
