Amanda Grannas' research group at Villanova University studies a wide range of topics under the umbrella of "analytical environmental chemistry", including the impacts of pollutants in the snow and ice. We'll chat with Amanda about her current research in the Arctic. Dr. Vladimir Romanovsky is researching permafrost geophysics: the relationship between the frozen ground (permafrost) and climate.
