Plankton Populations is an exhibit at the Exploratorium that gives museum visitors both a global and microscopic view of the oceans' plankton, with social, open-ended interaction. The exhibit is an adaptation of a model created by scientists at MIT’s Darwin Project, which allows researchers to test how plankton respond to different environmental conditions, such as climate change.
