Did Science of Cocktails leave you wanting more? Still curious about where spirits come from before they’re mixed into cocktails? Join the Exploratorium Lab on May 3 for a private tasting and tour of St. George Spirits Distillery!
The excursion will start in the tasting room to help you learn how to approach and appreciate spirits. After a guided sampling of a selection of artisanal spirits—all made onsite—you’ll explore the craft distillation and production of spirits while viewing the St. George Spirits stills, fermentation tanks, barrel storage, and bottling line. A spirit guide will explain the process and equipment to help illuminate exactly what goes into crafting what’s in your glass.
