Make and launch rockets that will fly 30 feet into the air! Exploratorium educator Ken Finn will lead an exploration of the physics behind rocket flight as we investigate atmosphere, gravity, and pressure. The rockets will be safely propelled by water; tools and materials will be provided.
Preregistration is required. The deadline to sign up for any excursion is noon on the day before the excursion. Once you are registered, you’ll be contacted by our program staff regarding details such as where to meet.
