The Urban Edge of San Francisco Bay – A landscape of change and imagination (bay Observatory, 6-8pm)

Please join Jane Wolff, landscape designer and scholar and Robin Grossinger, Director of the Historical Ecology program, San Francisco Estuary Institute, in a reception and conversation on the human relationship to the water’s edge along San Francisco Bay. Grossinger and Wolff are currently developing projects within the Bay Observatory. The conversation will center on their respective body of works exploring ways of conveying the complex changes that have transformed the San Francisco Bay shoreline while also musing on critical cultural and environmental questions.
