I recently interviewed Chris McKinlay, the man made famous by his hack of the online dating site OkCupid. Wired featured his process and experience in what would become one of its most popular stories of 2014.
In connection with our recently opened exhibition, The Really Big Questions, we explored his thoughts on romantic love through the lens of his experience leveraging mountains of data to hack his way to his sweetheart. Our discussion traverses hacking, political implications of data collection, and a handful of personal learnings from his journey.
Have questions for Chris? Ask him in person at After Dark: Figuring on Thursday, September 3.
