1½ oz St. George Spirits Breaking & Entering Bourbon
1 oz St. George Spirits Spiced Pear Liqueur
¾ oz lime juice
½ oz molasses syrup*
Combine all ingredients except for ginger beer in a collins glass. Add ice and top with ginger beer and grated nutmeg.
2 cups granulated sugar
2 Tbsp. mild molasses
1 cup hot water
Combine all ingredients and stir until sugar is fully dissolved. Cover and keep refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
