1½ oz Don Julio Reposado
½ oz marshmallow root–eucalyptus syrup*
¾ oz lemon juice
¾ oz egg white
¼ oz Benedictine
Freshly grated cinnamon
Combine all ingredients except cinnamon into an ice-filled shaker. Shake vigorously until well mixed and cold. Strain twice and pour into an old fashioned or coupe glass and garnish with freshly grated cinnamon.

Bring 3 ½ cups water to a boil. Turn off heat, add 1 oz marshmallow root and ½ oz dried eucalyptus and let steep for 10 minutes. Strain through a coffee filter, add an equal amount of sugar, and stir to dissolve sugar.
