Tinkering Tinkerer: Keina Konno
Keina Konno is an interaction designer / engineer at Yamaguchi Center of Arts and Media (YCAM). She uses computer programming, building electronic devices, and handcraft skills for creating “new glasses” (new perspectives) to see the world. She is interested in using those things to create new methods of communications, and archive what will happen.
During her residency at the Tinkering Studio, Keina developed an application for recording, archiving, and playing sounds by placing them in a virtual field.
