Don’t miss the fourth annual Stop & Go show, a traveling series of stop-motion animations curated by Sarah Klein and David Kwan. This year, “Made from Scratch” serves up a variety of delicious impressions on crafting, horticulture, and food. In some animations, the artists literally play with their food, while in other works, a range of materials are used to create a desired effect. In total, “Made from Scratch” presents more than just a feast for your eyes; it offers images, sounds, and movements that will nourish and delight viewers of any age.

Bloom of the Triffid (2006), by Jillian McDonald, captures the first bloom in 67 years of the Brooklyn Botanical Garden’s corpse flower.

Candy (2011), by Caleb Wood, is an explosion of sweet and sour color and form.

Our Hamartia (2013), by Katie Lenton, explores our culture’s endless cycle of creation, want and waste.
