Zoom: A Festival of Microscopy

Saturday, April 11 and Sunday, April 12, 2020 • 11:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.

Throughout the museum

Free for Donors and Daytime Members.

Delve into the world of tiny things with scientists, inventors, and artists who specialize in microscopy. Learn how microscopes work, which new microscopes are helping change science, and what tiny organisms live on us and around us. Marvel at the antics of living cells, and see if you can identify familiar objects once you’ve zoomed in.
