Salty Lassi Recipe
2 1/2 cups full-fat yogurt (not Greek)
1 cup water
1 teaspoon black salt (or to taste)
1 1/2 teaspoons toasted cumin powder
Blend* yogurt, water, salt, and cumin together until frothy. Pour over ice. Dust with a pinch of cumin, and finish with mint leaves.
*A hand mixer or whisk will work; an electric blender is easier.
