Storytime Science for Kids

Join us at noon and 2:00 p.m. for Storytime Science with special guest CaT Bobino.

Enjoy a storybook read-aloud followed by an astounding science demo geared toward elementary-aged children (and their grown-ups).

Special guest CaT will read aloud from the Carter Can Be book series, which she wrote to make astrophysics, marine biology, seismology, and animal biology feel accessible to budding minds. Come hear a story, get hands-on, and embark on thrilling adventures with CaT Bobino and Carter!

CaT Bobino is a STEM ambassador with a master’s degree in biology. She has been featured on Genius by Stephen Hawking, and has written, directed, and starred in programs for KQED. She currently hosts the In The Know podcast and runs In the Know Consulting, providing materials that diversify and demystify STEM.
