Artist Workshop: Shadowplay

Craft your own shadowscapes with performer/artist Miwa Matreyek! In this workshop, She’ll share the tools and techniques she uses to bring abstract scenes to life on the screen using light and shadow. Under her guidance, participants will cut, glue, and fold various materials—including paper, cardboard, and wire— to create figures and landscapes that will be placed on a turntable and projected onto a large screen.
